Our team is our biggest strength
We are a team of public health experts, tech innovators, community mobilisers.
Our approach is rooted in 3 values
Bias to action
For us, this means we are constantly asking the questions ‘What’s working/what’s not working? What can we try?’
Learning
Building systems to take feedback from internal team, external stakeholders. Listening to voices from the field. Monitoring data on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
Kindness
While designing solutions, we ask what matters to both internal and external stakeholders — ensuring they are relevant, contextual, and do not create additional stress or burden.
