Nanda joined FMCH in 2012 as nutrition assistant for our program and with her knowledge in nutrition and experience in the community she was promoted to field officer in 2015.

Roobina has recently joined the FMCH team and has prior work experience in teaching. Roobina joined our team in hopes of gaining more experience in social work and helping the community.
“I like how FMCH works with pregnant women and children and I also enjoy being part of the unique activities such as pregnancy club, nutrition course, and Achha Baccha.”
Sarita Gupta joined FMCH as a field officer in 2014. One of our youngest team members, Sarita brings with her an energy that is hard to match
“I didn’t know about malnutrition and didn’t know the importance of the first 1000 days prevention, but because of FMCH I know more about child development and I like bringing that awareness to others.”
A recent addition to the Powai team, Leena joined the FMCH team in 2016 as a clinic officer after hearing about the organisation from a coworker and became interested in FMCH’s goal in reducing malnutrition for children.
“What’s great about FMCH is that we go to people’s homes and try to bring awareness and care for family members. What I like about my work is that I received so much knowledge about malnutrition and not only do I use it in my personal life but we can also educate others. “
